$75.00Slow-baked in the Basque style — burnt and caramelized on top, silky and custardy in the middle. We use real Filipino ube extract (no food coloring, no shortcuts) for that signature lavender hue and earthy, vanilla-like sweetness. Every cheesecake is built from a short list of ingredients we actually believe in: • Organic Valley cream cheese • Alexandre Farms pasture-raised eggs • Raw cane sugar • Nielsen-Massey Madagascar vanilla • Real ube extract • Celtic sea salt Baked to order.
